With our core cutters you always make a good cut – and with extremely little wear!

The following equipment variants are available:

HS with manual operation, where the core is pushed on, the core length is adjusted and the finished core slitting is performed manually. The machine is designed for small quantities of prefabricated cores.
HSA with semi-automatic function, whereby the cores are pushed on manually, automatically clamped, drawn in, measured and cut in the process. Up to 50 different core lengths and three different quantities can be entered. The HSA is particularly suitable for small and medium quantities of cores – with all desired core lengths. The HSA is equipped with a PLC control and display.
HSA-V with fully automatic function: The cores are automatically taken out the magazine, pushed on, tensioned, drawn in and cut. Up to three different core lengths and three different quantities can be entered. The HSA-V is particularly suitable for large quantities of cores – with all desired core lengths. The HSA-V is equipped with a PLC control and display.
