PSA Technology GmbH was originally founded in Bitburg in 1996 and, with its current workforce of approximately 50 employees, is now one of the world’s leading manufacturers of roll-cutting and winding machines.

Analysis & Planning

Engineering & Manufacturing

Our experts realize each machine entirely in-house – from mechanical design and precision engineering to electrical engineering. Once the design phase is completed, many components are manufactured in our own production facility, ensuring maximum quality and flexibility.

Mechanical & Electrical Assembly

Mechanical and electrical assembly is carried out by our experienced installation team. The same specialists who build your machine are also available to support you later with service and technical expertise throughout the machine’s lifecycle.

Software & Commissioning

Following assembly, our skilled automation engineers configure the control system, perform comprehensive testing, and support the commissioning process. Our PLC programmers ensure a smooth startup and accompany commissioning projects worldwide.
