The film applicator meets extremely high standards for ensuring that films or papers adhere perfectly smoothly to glass surfaces.
The applicator can be used to apply adhesive films to protect the glass during further processing steps (e.g., cutting) or during transport. Another option is to apply paper or film using static charge. In this case, the material can optionally be secured with an adhesive tape applied around the edges. With this method, the glass can be coated on both sides.
Both types of film applicators can apply the covering materials either flush with the edge or, optionally, in narrower widths.
Thanks to an integrated cutting unit, parent rolls with a working width greater than the width of the glass can also be used.
