With our core cutting machines, you always achieve a perfect cut – with extremely low wear!

The following trim levels are available:

• HS with manual operation, where the feeding, adjustment of the sleeve length, and cutting of the finished sleeve are performed manually. The machine is designed for small quantities of finished sleeves.
• The HSA features a semi-automatic operation: sleeves are loaded manually, then automatically clamped, drawn in, measured, and cut. Up to 50 different sleeve lengths and three different quantities can be programmed. The HSA is particularly well-suited for small and medium-sized batches of sleeves—regardless of the desired sleeve lengths. The HSA is equipped with a PLC control system and a display.
• HSA-V with fully automatic operation: The sleeves are automatically removed from the magazine, slid onto the mandrel, clamped, drawn in, and cut. Up to three different sleeve lengths and three different quantities can be programmed. The HSA-V is particularly suitable for large quantities of sleeves—regardless of the desired sleeve lengths. The HSA-V is equipped with a PLC control system and a display.
